FileBox

FileBox FileBox allows the secure exchange of documents between two independent partners. The solution is used with a browser in combination with SSL (HTTPS) and requires a strong authentication.

The FileBox is suitable for a data transfer solution between different companies. Its power lies in the security and the allocation of access permissions. FileBox is the ideal solution for exchanging confidential documents, for example during a merger of two companies without being dependent on the infrastructure of either of the companies. FileBox provides a simple and secure exchange between both contract parties. Although no installation of additional tools is required, it still provides a high security standard. FileBox is not an Internet archive but a transfer solution.

All activities on the FileBox are recorded in logfiles to ensure the traceability of events. Through the administration interface it is possible to read these logfiles and check the access.
